The position is based in a Francophone African country and involves some national, regional, and international travel.

African Parks is seeking an experienced line pilot to work in a challenging and remote area, performing pre- and post-flight planning, inspections, and operating aircraft safely. The role requires a 2-year contract with a 6-month probation period. The pilot will be responsible for the safety and operations of all aerial and ground operations, as well as assisting with maintenance and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for conservation and wildlife, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in bush flying.

The position will be based in the selected candidate’s Francophone African country of residence. UAF-Africa is a consciously feminist and women’s human rights pan-African Fund, registered in Kenya and Zimbabwe.
